Definitions
- Stolen Order: Marked as “delivered” but not received? Email us within 30 days with subject: Order Number – Package Protection and allow 5 days for final delivery.
- Lost Order:
- Domestic: No tracking updates in 7+ days
- International: No tracking updates in 20+ days
